It is a miserable moment for us that you are not completely satisfied with our product. However, due to any unexpected circumstances if you want to return then below provisions should be applied to do any return and exchange.

1. The return of purchased products is possible subject to the point that you inform about your problem within 24 hours of receipt of goods on this contact number Ms. Pritesh +919414269552 or e-mail us at: bhagyodayfashions@yahoo.com (The intimation should also be followed by a return of the purchased goods within 48 hours from the time of receipt of products.)

2. You cannot return the goods
» Over the issue of the grounds of color choice or handwork for any product, as once you order the product on the site you voluntarily confirm to its color and handwork details.

» Over the issue of price or shipment cost as you are already confirming to them when finalizing the order.

3. Money will be returned back once the products have been received by us in intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our Quality Check Department. (Used products are not eligible for a return)

4. The products have to be returned in original packaging.

5. Stitching and Shipping charges will not be refunded. An amount of approx. 5% to 10% will be deducted from the purchase price.

6. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to pay the shipping costs for your return when you mail your package. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. As soon as we receive your returned item we will send you confirmation e-mail.
